These filters have proven to be an effective means towards keeping metallic, plastic and other particles and fibers from entering leak detectors, vacuum systems and vacuum pumps.

These efficient filters have been tested for helium retention and conductance with no adverse effects. Tests show that pumping speed is minimally effected.  The use of these filters at the inlet of vacuum equipment can extend the service life extensively.

Standard filters are available in QF series centering ring sizes and may be purchased with various particle sizes (microns), in stainless steel.
